This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24151 of 2022 on 13.10.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks. However, in the order copy it is mentioned as 10.30.p.m., Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
