ORDER

The Writ Petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No. 11359 of 2024 and in that particular Writ Petition had sought a Certiorari seeking records relating to an order dated 08.02.2024 by the Deputy General Manager, Human Resources, IDBI Bank and to quash the same.

2. In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner again seeks a certiorari seeking records relating to an order again dated 08.02.2024 which is obviously the very same order passed by the third respondent/ Deputy General Manager, Human Resources, IDBI Bank and to quash the same.

3. It is evident that the petitioner has made a very serious attempt to play fraud on the Court.

4. The earlier Writ Petition came up for consideration before a learned Single Judge on 26.04.2024 and the learned Single Judge had dismissed the said Writ Petition as not maintainable.

5. This Writ Petition had been filed on 30.07.2024, which is around three months from the date of dismissal of the earlier Writ Petition. There is no mention in the affidavit about filing of the earlier Writ Petition.

6. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.

7. The petitioner is directed to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai for treatment of needy patient. The costs should be paid on or before 17.04.2025.

8. List the Writ Petition for reporting compliance on 22.04.2025.
