This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the part of the condition directing the petitioner to furnish surety with solvency papers 1/4

imposed in paragraph (7) of the order dated 15.06.2022 in C.M.P.No.1148/2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurantakam.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and an endorsement to that effect also has been made by him.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
