The petitioners have filed this petition to direct the learned XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of RLTOP No.540 of 2022 within stipulated period.

2. Heard, Mr.Ramesh Kumar Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are aged about 87 years, and they prays for speedy disposal of the RLTOP No.540 of 2022 filed by them in the year 2022.

4. Admittedly, it a summary procedure and the case is pending for more than 1 year, and the petitioners are aged about more than 80 years. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
