ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned State Counsel places before this Court material which discloses that pursuant to letter of Tahsildar dated 04.04.2025, the Block Development Officer not only issued notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, but has also passed order under Section 6 of the Act, directing eviction of the encroachers.

In view of the statement made, no further orders are required to be passed.

Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
