ORDER
This writ petition has been listed before this Court under the caption for extension of time'' along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam, vide D.No.64/2026, dated 13.02.2026.
2. It is seen from records that this Court, vide its order dated 21.08.2025, directed the learned Judge to complete the trial proceedings in OS.No.150/2014 within a period of three months.
3. Now, the learned Judge, has sent a communication seeking further period of one month time to complete the trial in the said case.
