[Order of the court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, inter alia, alleging that the detenue is his wife.

The detenue is present before us. She has stated that the averments of the Petitioner are not true and that, she has married one Rizwan.
In fact, both the Petitioner and the detenue are present before us. A discussion has been made by us with them, in each other's presence. The Petitioner has also submitted that he will not have any connection with the detenue, in future. 3.
Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
