ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 30 of 2017 dated 17.11.2017 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 506(i) of IPC against the petitioner herein, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that there was some property dispute between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant herein. After mutual discussion, the parties have filed their compromise memo dated 31.10.2018 before the Court below. Following the Compromise Memo filed by the parties concerned, further action has been dropped in the aforesaid Crime No.30 of 2017.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
