ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents 2 and 3 to constitute the Board of Trustees from the names sponsored by the petitioner trust in accordance with the scheme framed by the Joint Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Department in OA.No.10/2012 dated 14.11.2012, for the administration of Arulmighu Chennakesava Perumal Swamy, Govindaraja Perumal Swamy, Vinayagar Swamy, Panchamuga Anjaneyar temple, Mankuramalai, Perampattu Village, Tirupathur Taluk and

District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that totally eight applications have been received and that a decision will be taken in this regard, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any objections are received, the same will also be considered before a final decision is taken.

3. This writ petition is disposed of recording the above submission. No costs.
