This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above memorandum of criminal appeal against the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur in Spl.SC.No.47 of 2022 dated 08.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 72 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
