2.Though notice has been served and name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the respondents today.

3. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed. However, it is made clear that the claimant is not entitled for interest on the compensation for the period of delay.
