This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.19425 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
