This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 115 days in representing the Crl.RC.SR.22105 of 2025 against the order passed in MC.No.391 of 2019 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 115 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
