2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein has filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.284 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.

4. The perusal of the E-court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as April 2016 and the suit has been adjourned from time to time i.e., from June 2016 onwards for recording evidence. Since there is no substantial progress from June 2016, this court is inclined to issue a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.284 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
