This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking to expediate disposal of I.A.No.1595 of 2022 in MCOP.No.2200 of 2019.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, challenging the award passed by the Motor Vehicle Claims Tribunal, the petitioner had filed an appeal in CMA.No.3402 of 2021 seeking enhancement of compensation and the same is pending before this Court. The petitioner filed instant IA for withdrawal of compensation amount.
3. In view of the pendency of appeal against award, the petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate application in pending 2 / 4
CMA.No.3402 of 2021 and get necessary orders.
