2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners .
3. Mr.P.T.Senthilkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents No.1 to 3 /claimants.
4. The petitioner would aver that there is some delay in convening the appeal committee, and due to administrative reasons, delay of 631 days occurred in filing this appeal.
5. The reasons stated above appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 22.10.2025. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
