(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a relief to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2018 registered in C.S.R.No.308 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station, Krishnagiri.
2.Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
registered in C.S.R.No.308 of 2018, the second respondent police herein registered the First Information Report in Crime No.574 of 2019 under Sections 323 and 294 (b) of Indian Penal Code. The said submission is recorded.
4.Hence, in view of the above, as already the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent police, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
