ORDER

Today, a medical certificate issued by one Dr.R.Ilandevan, M.B.B.S. has been placed before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are more concerned with the safety and life of the persons who are observing fasting and if situation warrants, they will ensure that necessary medical care is extended to them. In such an event, they will be replaced by some other volunteers willing to go on fast. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in such circumstances, the petitioner may be directed to give a medical certificate on a daily basis to the local https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Police Station, by 7.00 pm.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce medical certificate of the persons observing indefinite fast on a daily basis by 07.00 pm.
