This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed seeking to terminate the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator comprising of Shri Anil Kumar Agarwal, Sole Arbitrator.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had produced an E-mail from the Arbitrator indicating his desire to resign from the arbitration proceedings with immediate effect through his E-mail dated 06.07.2024.

3. In view of the same, there is no useful purpose in adjudicating this Petition and accordingly, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected application is also closed.
