Extension of time is sought to comply the order of this Court.

2. The order of this Court is passed almost five years back. Five years is not shorter period for compliance of the order. It is submitted by the learned State Government Pleader that the Government is trying to resolve the issue amicably.

3. Be that as it may, ample time has been lost.

4. We extend the time for compliance of the order of this Court upto 25.11.2023.

Place the matter on 30.11.2023.
