The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of B.N.S on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, three units of gravel sand, transported in tractors bearing Registration Nos. TN 29 RS 1896 and TN 29 0X 1046, were seized by the respondent police on 14.08.2025. Hence, the case has been registered.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submits that the first and second petitioners are the drivers of the said vehicles, while the third petitioner is the owner. It is further submitted that they are absconding, and unless they are secured, the respondent police will not be able to proceed further with the investigation. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the objections raised, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
