ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating pertaining to the Crime No.24 of 2017, pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizance in C.C.No.44 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sulur. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
