The grievance of the petitioner is that though the F.I.R. was registered on 29.09.2019, there is not much progress in the investigation. In my view, such a ground cannot be sustained for the purpose of transferring the investigation. Nevertheless, if the Investigation Officer is directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same as expeditiously as possible, the ends of justice could be secured. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.629 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
