Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent and submits that the dispute between the petitioner/applicant and respondent/M/s.Sundaram Finance Limited has been settled and therefore he has no objection for lifting the bank attachment passed by the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. Recording the same, this application stands allowed at the time of admission.
