The impugned notice issued under Section 107 Cr.P.C., is of the year 2019. The proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C is for ordering the person concerned to execute bond for keeping peace for a period not exceeding one year. Since more than three years have elapsed after the impugned notice, the requirement to execute bond has become infructuous. However, the respondents have liberty to initiate further action, if need arises in future.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
