This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant police protection to the petitioner for safe guard the life and to install CCTV cameras and to build ultra-safety blocks in the petitioner's premises.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry in the Complaint No.1192 of 2019 and the same was closed as early as on 20.11.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
