O R D E R

This Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case to CBCID or some other fair agency in the best interest of Justice now pending in Crime No.295 of 2019 on the file of 2nd respondent police.

2. Apprehending that, the respondent police is not properly investigating the case and trying to close the First Information Report, the present petition is filed for transferring the investigation.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents states that, investigation is completed and the draft charge sheet is ready for approval and same is likely to be filed before the appropriate Court within a period of three weeks. In view of the said fact, the apprehension of the petitioner that fair investigation by the respondents will not be done, has proved to be incorrect. Since, the investigation is completed and draft final report is also ready, while disposing the petition for transfer, the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three weeks before the competent Court for further proceedings.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
