ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Dr.G.Jayachandran J.) This application has been filed to incorporate the present residential address of the fourth respondent to enable the appellant to serve notice on the said respondent.

2. This Court is of the view that, for the said purpose, an amendment to the

cause title is not strictly necessary, and a petition to include the present address of the fourth respondent would suffice. However, since the present application has been filed seeking such amendment, and in order to avoid further delay in the matter, this Court allows the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition. The present address of the fourth respondent shall form part of the cause title in the appeal as well as in the connected miscellaneous petitions.

3. The petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and file a clean copy within a period of one week. The petitioner is also permitted to take out private notice to the fourth respondent at the present address, returnable in six weeks.

4. Post the matter on 19.12.2025.
