The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If the complaint is given by the petitioner and if the respondent police do not register an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner has to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018.
