[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenues viz., P.Anjali, aged about 7 years and P.Akilesh, aged about 5 years and has filed the present petition seeking a direction to first respondent to produce the detenues, who are in illegal custody of second respondent, before this Court and hand over their custody to him.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent and learned counsel for second respondent.
3. This Court, under order dated 07.11.2019, referred the matter to Mediation Centre towards arriving at a possibility of settlement.
4. Today, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
