O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.608 of 2018 on the file of the 4th Respondent herein to any other Investigating Agency.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after registration of FIR in Cr. No.608 of 2019, the fourth respondent did not take any steps to investigate the matter and so far, no accused was arrested.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the same has been registered in Cr. No.608 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 507 IPC against one accused. He would further submit that the fourth respondent had taken very serious steps and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, at this stage, change of investigation would affect the entire investigation pending on the file of the fourth respondent. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr. No.608 of 2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the fourth respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
