This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 199 days in filing the written statement.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to put up the written statement in the case bundle and post the main suit on 20.12.2023 for filing draft issues.
