This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent, their officials from disconnecting the Electricity Service Connection in S.C. No.143-010-801 of the petitioner's bunk shop at No.150, Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent in Lr.No.AEE/Pantheon Road/E801/Complaint/A. No.233/22 dated 05.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is taking steps to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection in the petitioner's bunk shop at No.150, Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that till date there is no complaint for disconnection of Electricity Service Connection in the petitioner's bunk shop and there is no intention for the respondent to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection in the petitioner's bunk shop.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
