ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to initiate further action in accordance with law, in respect of complaint dated 27.06.2019 and vide CSR.No.1146 of 2019 dated 09.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
