The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records in CC.No.1075 of 2022 on the file of XV Metropolitan Magistrate George Town Chennai in Crime No.58 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that petitioner was acquitted from the case on 12.10.2023 by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. In view of the petitioner acquittal, this petition is dismissed as infractous. No Costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.03.2024 pbl To
