Though this application is filed to modify the order passed in Contempt Petition No.2439 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the will executed by the petitioner was registered by the respondent vide Document No.52/2022 on 06.12.2022. Hence, no order is required to be passed in this application.
