Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent passed in letter No.327/Revenue/ULT3-1) Department dated 9.07.2003, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to treat the petitioner society as one falling within the ambit of Section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966 and consequently is not liable to pay urban
Land Tax in view of the provision contained in Section 29 in respect of its properties as claimed in the Petitioner's representation dated 04.10.1995.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward seeking to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent passed in letter No.327/Revenue/ULT3-1) Department dated 9.07.2003 and quash the same and consequently issue direction to the 1st respondent to treat the petitioner society as one, falling within the ambit of Section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966 and consequently is not liable to pay urban Land Tax in view of the provision contained in Section 29 in respect of its properties as claimed in the Petitioner's representation dated 04.10.1995.
2. Today (22.08.2017), when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.P.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that there is no instructions from the petitioner's side and hence made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.
