ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19136 of 2025 order dated 07.06.2025 directing the petitioners herein to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on completion of investigation, final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore and the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16647 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19136 of 2025 dated 07.06.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 04.09.2025 rna To The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore District.
