Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also given a letter dated 18.08.2023 to that effect.

2. In line with the request made by the petitioner in letter dated nil, which is available on record, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
