This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram and to comply the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16242 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the sureties, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
