The petition has been filed to relax the the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. for the period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed by this Court dated 10.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16254 of 2024

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Session Judge, Special Court of Exclusive Trial cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on every first working day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
