The petition has been filed to relax the the condition that the petitioner shall report before the court of Sessions Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO ACT, Chennai on every working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Court dated 22.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19783 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
