This application has been filed for a direction to the respondent / Official Trustee to grant permission to the applicant herein to demolish and construct the temporary shed in the leased out property on the premises No.8, Thirumanjana Gopuram Street, Thiruvanamalai, measuring 2880 sq.ft. by making necessary application to the concerned and necessary authorities (Electricity Board, Thiruvanamalai Corporation and CMDA).

2. Learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that since the applicant has sought for putting up a temporary shed in the premises, he has no objection in granting permission for demolition and construction of a temporary shed, subject to the condition that electricity, sewage and water connections shall be obtained only in the name of the AG&OT.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned AG & OT, this Application is ordered as prayed for. It is made clear that the Applicant must ensure due compliance of the condition stated supra.
