[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The Writ Petition has been instituted for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2024 and 29.09.2024 in accordance with law and directing the respondents 2 to 4 to not to use physical force against the petitioner's husband Raja (A) Thulasi Govindarajan (A) Vasurraja, S/o. Arumugam, during the police custody. 2.

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no petition seeking police custody has been filed before the

competent Court. In the absence of any such cause, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
