ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022 in light of the 1st respondent's communication vide letter No.P2/3245984/2022 dated 13.10.2022 and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner seeking grant of lease within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 19.09.2022 before the 1st respondent for grant of lease in respect of the S.No.98/1 for the land measuring an extent of 1.63.5 hectare out of 3.17.0 hectare which is classified as Kalar in Mummudi Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and the said representation was forwarded by the 1st respondent to the District Collector/ 2nd respondent vide his letter No.P2/3245984/2022 dated 13.10.2022 for consideration and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022 in light of the 1st respondent's communication dated 13.10.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
5.Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that if any direction is given by this Court, the same will be complied with.
6.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022, in light of the 1st respondent's communication dated 13.10.2022, on merits and in accordance and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of 3/6
receipt of a copy of this order.
