This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 21.02.2025 made in W.P.No.6048 of 2025.

2.Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and reports that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 94 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
