JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for both sides submit that as per the order of this Court dated 28.08.2017, the General Body Meeting was held on 01.11.2017, after issuing notice to all the Churches. The grievance of the plaintiff has been redressed. 2.The learned counsel for the defendants would submit that after conducting a General Body Meeting on 01.11.2017, the General Body Meeting of 2018 is also over. Nothing survives in the suit. Recording the submission of both counsel, the suit is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous application is closed. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee, if permissible, under the Act and Rules. 09.10.2018 KP To The Sub Assistant Registrar, Original Side, High Court, Madras.
