PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings bearing No.Na.Ka.E-1/10277/2016, dated 27.01.2017 and consequential rejection order bearing Na.Ka.No.E.1/10277/2016-2, dated 13.02.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide seniority in appropriate place in the post of Assistant, and the panel for the year 2016 for the post of Superintendent and promote the petitioner on the date of junior got promoted.
