IP No.21 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/debtor to declare him as insolvent.

2.It is seen from the records that the matter was posted before the learned Master for recording evidence. It appears that the learned Master granted so many adjournments, however, despite the same, the petitioner/insolvent has not come forward to give evidence before the learned Master.

3.The learned Official Assignee has submitted that since the petitioner has not co-operated for recording the evidence, the matter is listed today before this Court.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., dn 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition filed under Section 15, Sub -Section (3) of the Insolvency Act 1958.
