O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to conduct survey of his properties covered by the patta Nos.43, 148 and 2931 comprised in S.Nos.140/34, 416/6, 422/2, 422/3A, 422/7A, 422/7B and 442/17 at Jagadab Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering his online application dated 12.08.2024 in Application No.2024/N123/31/004492.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is one of the sharer of the above mentioned property as seen from the patta issued by the revenue authority in Patta Nos.43, 148 and 2931. He submitted online application on 12.08.2024 seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
